Then make it right. Then make it fast". It codifies the fact that, if you get caught up in worrying about optimising and fanciness to begin with, you take much longer getting something usable. Once you have something usable it is generally easier to make it correct and optimised than trying to get something optimised, correct, and functioning right away.<br /><br />First write the story.
